By downloading, installing, or using the CareTail application, or by accessing the caretail.pet / caretail.app websites, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or websites.
About CareTail
CareTail is an iOS application for pet health tracking and care management, developed by Individual Entrepreneur Fedar Trukhan, registered in Georgia (ID 306457303).
App Usage
CareTail is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter about your pets. The app is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice.
Accounts
CareTail uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app's settings.
Subscriptions and Billing
CareTail offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store. All billing is managed by Apple according to their terms and conditions. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
Photos
Photos in CareTail are stored in your personal iCloud Photos library. If you delete photos from your device's photo library, they will no longer be accessible in CareTail. The developer is not responsible for loss of photos.
No Warranties
CareTail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. CareTail is not a medical tool and should not be used as a substitute for veterinary care.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the application, including any health decisions made based on information stored in the app.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code of CareTail and its websites are the property of Individual Entrepreneur Fedar Trukhan. You may not reproduce or distribute any part without written permission.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
